Hello,
The launcher for the latest version of v1.8.1 gives an error when I try to launch MT4. Please see attached screenshot. MT4 got updated to build 985.
You indicated that when I purchase this item, I can only update once. I already updated to v1.8.1. Can I still update without paying a fee?

Hi David,

Just a reminder that our policy is to provide updates for "at least one month from the date of purchase" and yes, you are eligible for this update along with other current users of v1.8. Please use the download link you were emailed to get the latest version.

JezVoss - it appears you have already upgraded with the information we have sent you. No other emails are pending. If you require the latest version of Tickstory, simply click on your download link that you received for 1.8 and you will be delivered the latest version (currently v1.8.2).
