Available Date Ranges-earliest date accuracy

Hi Tickstory,

i'm newly professional licensed user of tickstory just today, i was conducting export to mt4.

and i set start date as based on your Dukascopy Historical Data – Available Date Ranges page.

however, i started with usoil it says 01.01.2013 the earliest available date. but no progress and the log shows error or not available data!

i modified the data date to start from 01.01.2014 and it went smooth.

so the question are the Dukascopy Historical Data – Available Date Ranges page old or updated always and how to figure out the accuracy of the start date?

Hi Tickwaiting,

The historical dates are based on "first encountered data". In some cases, it might be that Dukascopy has introduced the symbol on that date but didn't trade until later. Do you have the symbol in question and we can update the details on our website?
