Tickstory

I have done all the login steps and I am already trying 4 different brokers and the data just does not go down.

I'm not getting an alert that something's wrong.
Everything connects properly and when the download starts it does not pass the 0
In a data folder in a simple broker near the symbol there is 0

I bought the extended version and I need help!

Thanks for the screenshots. As you say, it seems that the data is not being downloaded for some reason. In Tickstory, could you please go to File->Settings->Dukascopy and click on the 'Test' button. What is the result? If you get an error here, it means that something is blocking Tickstory from accessing the data servers. If so, please check:

1. That you have no firewall or anti-virus software that might be blocking Tickstory from contacting the outside world.
2. That your internet connection is able to access the servers. Click on this link in your web browser. Does it download a file (named *.bi5)? If so, this means your internet connection is OK and it is likely that #1 is the cause.

Please let us know the error message if you get one.

Hello, I do have the same problem with the download stuck at 0, in my case the bi5 file does not download, what should I do?

There was an unscheduled outage over the weekend which was likely causing your issue. It should be resolved now.
