How can i stop Monthly Subscription

I bought license today, but I forgot to un-tick Monthly Subscription, how can I remove ? I do not want to pay every month.

As part of your purchase, you would have received an email confirmation which has a "Manage subscription" link. From this link you can cancel your subscription if you require.
