I tried the backtest optimizer in MT4, but it seems that the net profit results from each of the runs is very different compared to when I conduct each run individually without optimization.

Does the optimizer run the backtests to 99.9% modelling quality?

It seems that Fxopen uses GMT +2/+3 but the shift dates follow the new york dates. All the GMT +2 options in tickstory (athens,jerusalem etc) have shift dates that are different from NY by about 2 weeks.

Is there a way to get the same shift date as NY for this timezone?
