... contains both the {Bid} and {Ask} price. - By default, the output timestamp is in the default time-zone for that exchange. In the case of FX pairs, these are all UTC. Hope this helps.

Hi Gsolomos,

Different countries have different rules for when they apply daylight savings time. The European/London time-zone applies the correct DST settings that most brokers use (in particular if they are located in Europe).
