Sorry actually it says this:

It says it timed out after several minutes

Hello, Lets begin with i went through the settings, put in my broker destination folder, and the destination folder for Tickstory is C:\Program Files\Tickstory Lite. i clicked test, and it said it was successful, now clicking on EUR/USD and selecting download I get this msg.
