For addition : When I use custom XAUUSD pair (bars & ticks data from tickstory), when the backtest is in progress, spread variety is too wide, from 100 points to > 1000 points, while actual spread vary between 112 - 160 points.

Already check it several times, but nothing's there. Since when 1st time I get the confirmation email from tickstory and fastspring.com, they go directly to my inbox.
Re-tried this morning, intercept on the inbox, spam/junk, trash folder, but nothings there.
