Tickstory

Im getting this issue when downloading ticks:
Error occurred during download: Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

Im on MT5

Server is busy or unavailable when trying to downloads some data. I have been using Tickstory with the same computer and setup. Last time I downloaded ticks and bars was last week and everything was working well and now I'm unable to download anything.
