Tickstory

Every time when I try to download tickdata, Tickstory (v.1.7.4.0) is crashing. I restart Tickstory again, it's downloading tickdata of i.e. 4 or 5 currency pairs and then halfway it's crashing. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this because it's becoming quite annoying?

I've tried a couple of times to export data to a file but I can't find the file. I have searched in the store location and the MT4 settings and I have done a search on all the drives of my PC but can't find the files. This morning MT4 Build 610 has been installed on my pc but when I try to start MT4 in the Tickstory application (version 1.3.0.0) MT4 is crashing. When I start MT4 directly (using terminal.exe in the MT4 folder) it's working fine. Is it something on my side or is it a bug in Tickstory?
