The video on youtube was very helpful.

I set a path for my files: C:\This PC\Documents\tick data
When I try to download I get an error message:
Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Tickstory\{}.cvs denied

Can you help me figuring out the problem?

I'm new to Tickstory and I'm trying to download or export files.
I can see on the screen that the activity has started but it's PENDING and I keep waiting and waiting and nothing happens.

Can anybody help me?
