Does strategy tester take account swaps and commision per trade and is the swap variable historical data?

1. So it will be set accordingly dukascopy mt4 gmt timezone ? According to the dukascopy website "https://www.dukascopy.com/europe/englis ... -accounts/" is that gmt timezone used?

1. If I select adjust timezone to "None", is the gmt/utc timezone (+0)?
2. If I want to mass change the timezone of the downloaded mt4 tick data do I have redownload all of them again or is there a shortcut?

lets say I am using the same dataset and period downloaded from tickstory, I then use it in mt4 in two different brokers.will it yield two different results when using the same expert advisor to open trades.
