For backtesting using the TickData I have to start the MT4 via TickStory. My question: after the MT is started, can I stop the TickStory for other use such as to download data for other MT4?

These days I do backtesting optimation and I use the model of "Open prices only..." But I find the results are different. The first time I got the results are different when I do the second time. Is this normal?

I have two brokers and each has its own MT4 (but luckly the same version). I wonder if I can just download the historical datas one time and share it by these two MT4s?

Or I ahev to download two times? This will take double disc space though they have the same datas.
