Thanks for the screenshots. Could you please give a screenshot of 3) after the Strategy Tester has completed its test?
From your screenshot, it doesn't appear that you have set the "Map to" field, so that is something you should do first.

Hi Bruno, If you are getting less than 99.9% modelling quality, it means that you are not using tick data correctly. So if the chart is showing correctly with the MACD Sample EA, the next step I can say with 100% confidence is to start looking at your EA for the fault. Hi Steven,

As always when trouble-shooting, you will need to methodically hone in on what the problem is. If the chart isn't showing, then use the standard "MACD Sample" EA to rule out an issue with your EA. Does the chart show when you test with the MACD Sample EA?

You are selecting 'Symbol import' instead of 'Bar/tick data import'. Please follow this guide carefully and it should resolve your query.

Hi Lucini1954,

This error doesn't relate to Tickstory. It is MT4 telling you that it does not support testing custom symbols in their cloud service.
If you turn off this feature it should work.
