Hi Mpty27, If you are getting "access denied" messages, make sure it isn't your anti-virus software preventing the installation. Also, make sure you have sufficient permissions to install in the designated folder. By default, the setup will install in C:\Program Files (x86)\TIckstory which you will ...

The icon you see is denoting that the software is "unlocked". The fact you can use the software means that it has been successfully registered (if there is a problem with your license you will be prompted).
