Thanks, I resolved, I had two installations of the MT4 and one was an old failed removal. Now I cleaned everything and reinstalled MT4 and all works well.

Thanks for your answer but until now I have not solved the problem. I also reinstalled the MT4 and controlled the entire forum to solve alone, this is my present situation, seem tickstory don't like my directory.
