As far as we’re aware, this data is only available directly from their website. If it were available via their JForex Platform, it may be possible.

That doesn’t make any sense. Could you clarify this? you are saying that forex is available via some other process…..but stock indexes are using a different storage technique?

That’s correct – the web interface uses a different interface/API to that of the JForex platform. The Tickstory does not support the download process that Dukascopy use on their web interface.
