Hello
I have this issue after complete export data from ts1.6.2 to mt4 build 840 on new Windows 10 SL.
I tried export many times, but only that result.
Export data from ts1.5.3 to mt4 build 765 on Windows 8.1 is OK.
What I did wrong?
Tickstory 1.6.2, Metatrader4 b840, Windows 10
Re: Tickstory 1.6.2, Metatrader4 b840, Windows 10
Hi ZoninV,
There seems to be some odd values showing up in the chart including prices at ~1.5 which is not correct. We have performed an export for EURUSD between June 1st 2015 to 1st August 2015 and do not see any such values in our data.
Can you provide the exact steps you performed to get this result? Can you also please cross-check that you are exporting to the correct data folder location? That is, in Tickstory, check that File->Settings->MT Settings->MT4 Data Folder matches the same shown in MT4 when you select File->Open Data Folder.
Thanks.

Hi ZoninV,
That's very odd. It appears that your data contains incorrect information. Could you please try the following:
1) In Ticktory File->Settings->Dukascopy Data Store, remember the current setting and save it in notepad or another text editor. You can revert back to this setting once you have completed the remaining steps.
2) Select a new folder location for the Data Store information and press OK.
3) Display the chart again for June 2015 to August 2015.
Does this fix the problem? If so, it appears your data was somehow corrupted and it is recommended you delete the EURUSD directory in your original Data Store location and download it again.
Please let us know how you go.
Regards.
